ensure assignment/resolution and closureCreate Method Of Procedure and/or Standard Operating Procedure documentPlan and execute Change Management processesPerformance Tuning of network devices and create Service Improvement PlansPlan and perform firmware upgradeWork with hardware/software vendors to resolve problemsTrain and mentor juniorsAct as an SME SPOC for certain network productsInterface with customer on calls and lead technical meetingsAssist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review reportsAny additional task given to the incumbent from time-to-time based on business needsTRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONCisco certification and Aruba /Juniper certification will be added advantageEXPERIENCEMinimum 7 years of progressive, relevant experience and proven capability to work in a complex network environmentEDUCATIONBachelor in Engineering - Computers/Electronics/Communication or related fieldGraduate/Post Graduate in Science/Math/IT or related streams with relevant technology experienceOTHER SKILLSGood communication skills - written as well as verbalPassion to work and learn new technologyITIL process awarenessINDGN2026
