Job Description IT Infrastructure Engineer-II Position: IT Infrastructure Specialist Department: Information Technology (IT) Experience: 10+ Yrs POC - Vaibhavi Pande - +91 (phone hidden) Location: Pune Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer-II to manage and optimize our hybrid IT ecosystem. This role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations across our network and server environments. Key Responsibilities End-User Support (60% of work): Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Act as the primary escalation point for complexend-user problems to ensure timely resolution. Manage endpoint configurations, software deployments, and security compliance on end-user devices. Server & Cloud Administration: Manage AWS cloud environments, includingEC2 compute instances and S3 storage solutions. Manage on-premises WindowsServer environments, ActiveDirectory/ Domain Services, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Execute patch management processes for systemsand endpoints using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central. Manage data protection and disaster recoverystrategies using Veeam Backup & Replication. Administer the ManageEngine suite (Site24x7, NetFlowAnalyzer)



for system monitoring and traffic analysis. Network Administration: Manage enterprise networking using Cisco Meraki dashboard. Configure and maintainswitches, VLANs, and security policiesto ensure network connectivity and performance. General IT Operations: Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Defender administration. Provide technical supportand escalation management for complex infrastructure incidents. Perform infrastructure healthchecks, performance tuning,and security hardening tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: ~ Bachelor's degreein IT, Computer Science, or related field. ~10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture and operations. ~ Cloud & Servers: Solid experience with AWS (EC2, S3), WindowsServer, Active Directory, and VM solutions. ~ Patch Management: Hands-on experience with patchmanagement using Microsoft Defender and ManageEngine Desktop Central. ~ Networking: Experience managingCisco Meraki (Switching, VLAN configuration). ~ Tools: Proficiency in Veeam Backup and ManageEngine (Site24x7, NetFlow Analyzer). ~ Knowledge of enterprise security (ISO 27001) and IT service management (ITSM). Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, VCP, CCNA/CCNP (Merakifocus), ITIL. Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell) for infrastructure tasks.
