About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development Executive who will manage incoming client leads and ensure that every potential opportunity is followed up systematically.

This is not a strategy or creative role. You will not be required to create campaign ideas, strategies, presentations, or proposals.

Your primary responsibility will be to own the sales pipeline from the first enquiry until closure, while coordinating with our internal strategy and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client enquiries received through email, phone, WhatsApp, website forms, and other channels.
- Make the first call with prospective clients to understand their basic requirements and qualify the prospect.
- Conduct consistent and rigorous follow-ups with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule qualified client meetings with the internal strategy/business team.




- Ensure clients attend scheduled meetings through timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Coordinate internally to get proposals, quotations, presentations, and other required documents prepared.
- Send proposals and relevant documents to clients.
- Follow up continuously after proposal submission until there is a clear decision or closure.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of all active leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure no potential client enquiry is missed or left unattended.
- Keep internal teams updated about upcoming meetings and important client requirements.
- Maintain CRM/sales trackers with accurate and timely information.

What You Will NOT Be Required to Do
- Create influencer marketing strategies.
- Develop campaign concepts or creative ideas.
- Prepare detailed client proposals independently.
- Execute influencer campaigns.
- Manage existing client accounts after onboarding.
