About Qurocare Qurocare is building a technology-enabled healthcare platform that makes healthcare services more accessible, convenient and coordinated for patients and families.

As we grow, we are looking for a Graphic Designer / Visual Content Designer to join our in-house team and take ownership of the visual identity and creative content used across our marketing and digital channels.

The Role You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, our website and mobile application .
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across different formats—from a simple social media post to short motion graphics, campaign creatives, app visuals and marketing collateral.
You will work closely with our internal team and external marketing/campaign partners to turn campaign ideas and briefs into compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities Create creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, reels and digital campaign creatives
Design creatives for Meta and other digital advertising campaigns
Develop short motion graphics, animated posts and simple video content for social media and marketing campaigns
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, standees and promotional materials
Design visual assets for website and mobile application , while maintaining consistency with the brand
Work with the marketing team and external agencies to develop creatives based on campaign objectives and briefs
Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats required for various platforms
Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, visual themes, content formats and creative directions
Maintain and strengthen Qurocare's visual identity across all communication channels




Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Keep up with current design, social media and digital content trends

What We're Looking For Strong visual sense and understanding of design, typography, composition, colour and branding
Good proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or equivalent
Ability to create social-media-first content that is visually engaging and communicates quickly
Basic ability to create motion graphics / animations / short-form video content
Ability to take a brief and independently develop a creative concept
Good understanding of different digital formats and platform requirements
Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple creatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities
Good communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio demonstrating your actual design work

Good to Have Experience working with healthcare, consumer, technology or startup brands
Experience creating Meta ad creatives
Experience with motion graphics, Reels or short-form video
Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design
Basic understanding of digital marketing and how creative influences engagement and conversion
Photography, video shooting or editing skills
