About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for:
managing end-to-end recruitment
handling both in-house hiring and client hiring
working across domestic and APAC hiring requirements
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating processes, and managing hiring workflows efficiently

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle :
sourcing
screening
scheduling interviews
coordination
Work on:
in-house hiring (internal roles)
client hiring (domestic & APAC markets)
Source candidates using:
job portals
LinkedIn
other hiring platforms
Conduct initial screening calls
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

MUST HAVE:




Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Robust coordination and follow-up ability
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

GOOD TO HAVE:
Experience in recruitment / HR (internship or full-time)
Familiarity with:
LinkedIn hiring
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT or corporate roles
Exposure to international hiring (APAC) is a plus
