Location Manager Retail Secured Business

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth for Retail Secured Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving locationlevel sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimum productivity, target achievement, and adherence to business objectives.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners while expanding the network through onboarding of new business partners.

- Monitor the endtoend loan sourcing process, ensuring compliance with credit, risk, operational, and regulatory guidelines.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and business opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen the branchs secured lending portfolio.

Preferred Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Retail Secured Lending (LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, Secured Business Loans, etc. ).
- Strong exposure to DSA channel management, team handling, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets.
