Senior Workday Engineer
Requirements
- Experience Required: 8 to 12 years.
- Mode of work- Hybrid
- Location-Hyderabad
- Proven experience as a Workday software engineer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
- Strong proficiency in Workday technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation, Workday EIB, and Workday Core Connectors.
- Good awareness of Workday Extend.
- Strong awareness of Workday Security.
- Extensive knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
- Good awareness of wider Workday ecosystem and functional modules.
- Ability to architect complex Workday solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Comfortable acting as Subject Matter Expert on systems and collaboration with key business customer.
- Solid ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Good awareness of the Workday roadmap and new features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business processes and requirements.
- Strong ability to support and mentor junior roles.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Workday certifications are a plus.
- Hands on experience with Jira.
- Understand Change and review process, preferably via ServiceNow.
- Familiar with Workday Community to seek information.
