We are looking for a skilled End User Computing professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to provide end-to-end support on desktop issues, laptop support, and application installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide end-to-end support on desktop issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Install and configure applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot patch and AV issues.
- Perform basic day-to-day activities related to end-user computing.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track incidents and resolutions.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user computing or a related field.




- Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and processes.
