Finance Executive - Job Description
Moving Tech (Namma Yatri) is an open-mobility infrastructure company — serving as the backbone for digital mobility ecosystems. Built on the Beckn Protocol and integrated with the ONDC network, the platform empowers communities, cooperatives, and governments to launch their own mobility applications with a zero-commission model for drivers and utility-based pricing for riders. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, invoicing, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
Handle invoices, vendor payments,



and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and MIS reports.
Support preparation of Balance Sheet and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Work on accounting software such as Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
~1+ year of experience in finance/accounting roles.
~ Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
~ Experience with Zoho software is preferred.
~ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
