Job Description
We are looking for an experienced legal professional with 8 to 10 years of experience having expertise in Banking, Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Corporate Legal Advisory.

n Key Responsibilities:
n• Property due diligence, title verification & legal opinions
n• Mortgage creation & APF/project legal scrutiny
n• Review of sale, lease, conveyance, GPA, development and other property documents
n• Advising Banks/NBFCs on legal risks and documentation
n• Legal audits, land acquisition & corporate contracts
n Required: LL.B. with State Bar Council enrolment; solid knowledge of Property Laws, SARFAESI, RERA, TPA, Registration & Stamp Laws, and Banking & Finance documentation.
n Preferred: Experience with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs or reputed Real Estate Law Firms.
n Salary: As per industry standard
n Employment: Full-Time
