N Candidates who have completed their CA and gained relevant FDD/Transaction Advisory experience during articleship will be preferred.
NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a CA Fresher to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an opportunity to work on M&A; transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence.
NKey Responsibilities
n- Perform Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
N- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data.
N- Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and supporting financial analyses.
N- Identify key financial trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.




N- Support analysis of financial and operational performance for M&A; transactions.
N- Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables.
N- Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements.
NKey Skills & Requirements
N- CA qualification is mandatory.
N- Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred.
N- Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence.
N- Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis.
N- Strong Advanced Exceland PowerPoint skills.
N- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
N- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
N- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven setting.
