N Role Overview
NOwn the creator and creative side of TikTok, driving creator activation, stronger content, and creator-led sales.
NScope: Creator relationships, creative strategy, product education, content feedback, negotiation, and conversion.
NExcludes: TikTok Shop operations, media buying, fulfilment, and platform management.
N Key Responsibilities

- Creator Management: Recruit, onboard, activate, retain, and build relationships with TikTok creators. N
- Creative Strategy: Develop hooks, content angles, formats, product stories, and creator briefs. N
- Creator Education: Conduct product training, webinars, and workshops to help creators communicate products effectively. N
- Content Optimization: Review creator content and provide feedback on hooks, storytelling, product demonstration, authenticity, and CTAs. N
- Conversion: Identify what drives creator-led sales and translate performance insights into better creative direction. N
- Negotiation: Manage creator fees,



commissions, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms. N
- Community: Build an engaged creator community through training, launches, challenges, and performance sharing. N

n What We're Looking For

- n
- Hands-on TikTok +creator/influencer marketing experience. N
- Strong spoken and written English. N
- Excellent communication, presentation, and webinar skills. N
- Strong copywriting and hook-writing ability. N
- 5-10 years of Experience with creator negotiations and relationship management. N
- Solid understanding ofcontent performance, conversion, and creator funnels. N
- Strong creative judgment and commercial mindset. N
- Ability to build trusted, long-term creator relationships. N

n Preferred: Beauty/skincare/wellness, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, UGC, social commerce, or performance creative experience.
