nAbout the Role
nTricog Health is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to support the stakeholder
nmanagement process for internal marketing collateral requests. This role sits at the center of how internal teams (sales,
ninside sales, business development, leadership, etc.) get their marketing and design needs fulfilled, from the first
nrequirement conversation to final delivery.
nYou'll sit in on stakeholder calls to capture requirements first-hand, then own the behind-the-scenes work: turning those
nrequirements into clear creative briefs, coordinating with the design and video team, and ensuring nothing gets duplicated
nor built from scratch unnecessarily. The Business Analyst continues to lead stakeholder relationships throughout, with
nstrong performance in this role opening the door to taking on direct stakeholder ownership over time.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Requirement Capture
n• Sit in on stakeholder calls and take detailed,



structured notes on each requirement - context, purpose, audience, and
ndeadline
n• Flag any gaps or ambiguities in the requirement to clarify with the stakeholder
n2. Brief Creation
n• Convert captured requirements into transparent, structured creative briefs
n• Ensure briefs capture objective, format, messaging direction, brand guidelines, timelines, and any reference
nmaterial
n• Share the draft brief for review before it's routed to the Marketing Head for task delegation
n3. Asset Audit & Gap Analysis
n• Before a new brief is finalised, check whether the requested collateral (or something close to it) already exists in
nthe marketing asset library
n• If existing assets can be reused or lightly tweaked to meet the need, propose that route instead of a fresh build
n• If a new asset is genuinely required, assess its priority/importance relative to the team's current workload and flag
