- Own DVP&R; execution for assigned programmes — electrical, thermal, environmental, HV safety, performance N
- 3-7 Years of Experiencein total. N
- Own test-pack traceability: serial-level mapping of every build unit to its design revision N
- Bench validation: cycling, thermal soak and shock, IP, vibration, BMS and charger commissioning N
- Issue written T1 go / no-go per programme against DVP&R; closure status N
- Log failures, drive root cause with design SPOC, verify corrective action by re-test N

DVP&R; authoring;
DAQ and instrumentation hands-on;
Quality hands on;
