nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Career Counsellor, preferably with 0-1 year of experience in US staffing or technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying suitable career opportunities for candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring process, and maintaining effective communication. We will provide training on US hiring processes and industry terminology

nKey Responsibilities
n
nConnect with potential IT candidates and guide them on suitable career opportunities with our US clients
nSource profiles using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases
nReview resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and job expectations
nSupport senior counsellors and account managers in meeting client requirements
nCoordinate interviews,
follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal teams
nMaintain accurate and updated candidate information in internal systems
nLearn and apply basic US hiring concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorizations
nAchieve daily/weekly sourcing and candidate engagement targets

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
nPreferably 0 - 1 year of experience in US staffing, recruitment, or candidate counselling
nStrong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
nWillingness to work in US shifts
nBasic knowledge of US hiring terms and work visas (preferred)

nPreferred Qualifications
nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
