Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Remote, with in-person team/client meetings once a week

Geography: Strong experience managing campaigns targeting the US market

About the Role We are looking for a Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist who can take ownership of paid marketing campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes—not just clicks and impressions.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns , particularly for businesses targeting customers in the United States .
You should be analytical, proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy and setup through optimization and reporting.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and other relevant campaign types.
- Manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads and other social advertising campaigns where required.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research,



and campaign planning.
- Develop and test ad copy, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, CPL/CPA, and ROI .
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, including form submissions, calls, and other relevant lead actions.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, website, and strategy teams to improve overall campaign performance.
- Prepare explicit and actionable performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify campaign issues and recommend solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, attribution, and paid media best practices.

What We're Looking For Must Have:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC and paid social advertising
