nRole Overview
n
nWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and support the overall growth and operations of VedAtma.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
nWork closely with the Managing Director to develop sales strategies and achieve business targets.
nGenerate and manage leads, conduct Zoom presentations/meetings, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
n
nCoordinate with the Counselling Team for session scheduling, client handovers, and smooth execution.
nCoordinate with the Digital Marketing Team on social media campaigns, ads, content ideas, and campaign performance.
n
nCoordinate with the IT Team and monitor the admission portal to ensure registrations and admissions are completed correctly.
n
nRepresent VedAtma at meetings,



expos, networking events, and business activities.
n
nMonitor client feedback and ensure counselling sessions and the overall client experience are running smoothly.
n
nPrepare reports on sales, leads, conversions, campaigns, admissions, and client feedback.
n
nManage Zoom and other platform renewals, subscriptions, licenses, and vendor coordination.
n
nTrack and coordinate invoices, bills, payments, and vendor-related matters with the Accounts/Finance Team.
n
nIdentify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and strategies to improve sales and client conversion.
n
nEnsure effective coordination between the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, IT, Counselling, Admissions, Accounts, and external vendors.
n
