- Source, identify,



and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract (C2C, W2) and Full-Time opportunities. N
- Recruit for niche and emerging technology skill sets including Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications. N
- Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies to identify passive and active candidates. N
- Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit. N
- Validate candidate availability, work authorization, location preferences, compensation expectations, and project experience. N
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements. N
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities. N
