Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within defined scope, time, and budget.n
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks.n
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure smooth execution.n
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and implementation teams to achieve project objectives.n
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and prepare status reports for senior management.n
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.n
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and procurement-related activities where applicable.n

- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or related leadership roles.n




- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery models.n
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.n
- Experience in budget management, resource planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in complex environments.n

n Preferred Experience
n
- n
- Prior experience in Public Financial Management (PFM) projects.n
- Experience working on Government, Public Sector, Finance, Treasury, Budget Management, Revenue Management, or related financial modernization initiatives will be preferred.n
- Understanding of financial systems, public finance processes, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, and digital transformation programs in the public sector is desirable.n
