An architecture practice based in Tatbad, Coimbatore- is hiring a Junior Architect with 0–2 years of experience to support residential architecture projects. The role involves assisting with design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.n
- Prepare presentation drawings, design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.n
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.n
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development.n
- Support material selection and architectural detailing.n
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution.n




- Participate in site visits to review progress and support implementation of design intent.n
- Maintain project drawings and documentation throughout different project stages.n
- Support timely delivery of architectural documentation and project deliverables.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).n
- 0–2 years of internship or qualified experience in architecture.n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural presentation or visualization software.n
- Understanding of architectural planning, drafting, technical documentation, and detailing.n
- Familiarity with residential construction methods and building materials.n
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.n
- Good communication and coordination skills.n
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.n
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks.
