- Lead the project management team for all international projects. N
- Act as a focal point for all communications with the international clients. N
- Ensure kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, interface meetings and project closure meetings are organized and lead from the front. N
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Procurement, Technical Services, Quality, Operations, Planning, Logistics, EXIM, Finance) and the Customer to effectively resolve the matters pertaining to each function. N
- Monitoring timely submission of commercial documents, Weekly and Monthly reports, updating data in SAP, and timely closure of customer complaints/doubts. N
- Timely reporting to thehigher management on the project status & raise red flags to ensure swift resolution. N
- Strategic meetings withinternal stakeholders on the projects of sequencing & deliverable. N
- Cashflow projection against each project as per their respective payment milestones. N
- Sales projection & providing business plan on the projects in hand. N

nExperience - 12-15 Years of experience in Project Management.
NQualification - Graduation with MBA, PGDM, Project Management.
