NAs we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Junior Career Counsellor who is confident, energetic and interested in helping students make informed career decisions.

What You'll Do N
n
- n
- Handle incoming student enquiries N
- Make counselling and follow-up calls N
- Understand students' career goals and requirements N
- Conduct initial career counselling N
- Convert qualified leadsinto campus counselling visits N
- Assist with face-to-face counselling and course presentations N
- Follow up with prospective students and parents N
- Learn and apply objection-handling and closing techniques N
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records N
- Take ownership of assigned leads from Lead → Visit → Admission

Team Target n




NThe initial Chandigarh team goal is:
N400–450 leads → 60+ counselling visits → 15+ paid admissions/month
NYou will progressively take ownership of your assigned leads, counselling pipeline and admission goals.

n Previous counselling or sales experience is helpful, but strong freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
