Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international customers.
- Provide professional support by addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Assist customers with product, order, and account-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or Voice Process.
- Any Graduate (2024, 2025, or 2026 pass-outs can apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/Night shifts.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and customer-centric environment.

Preferred Skills

- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online shopping platforms is an added advantage.
