We are looking for a highly skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in C2H staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic IT roles.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the best fit for clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.

Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment goals and objectives.





Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, focusing on domestic markets.

Strong knowledge of C2H staffing models and experience in this type of recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for client and candidate interaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify top talent and overcome recruitment challenges.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an asset.
