- Technically very sound, should have knowledge of most of current technologies.
- Must have knowledge of technical skills in IT Recruitment.
- Must have done Contract Hiring / Permanent Hiring.
- Worked with large client: client should be mentioned on the CV.
- Technology Worked: should have worked on all major technology and all technology; work experience should be written on CV.
- Candidate should be technically valuable and should have good communication.
- Candidate should be immediate joiners, max within 7 days.
