- Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products
• Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Office 365
• Handle customer queries through voice, chat and email
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SLA
• Create and manage support tickets
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams
• Ensure excellent customer experience and first-contact resolution

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in Product Support / Technical Support / Service Desk
