Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT recruitment for Contract / C2H roles
- Sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination
- Candidate follow-ups till joining
- Coordination with account and delivery teams
Requirements
- 2 - 8 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- Solid sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Not Eligible Profiles: HR Generalist, US Staffing, Non-Recruitment or mixed background profiles
