ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Accounting & Finance Operations to independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for assigned portfolio companies. The role involves accounting operations, reconciliations, payments, payroll support, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audit coordination, and month-end closure.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Record and review invoices, receipts, payments, journal entries,



and other accounting transactions.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company ledger reconciliations.
- Process approved payments and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support payroll processing, variable pay, employee reimbursements, and related accounting activities.
- Prepare TDS and other applicable statutory workings.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and year-end accounting closures.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow reports, and budget-versus-actual variance reports.
- Manage project-wise accounting and budget allocations.
- Monitor receivables and payables and support timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax professionals, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain complete and audit-ready financial records.
- Identify and promptly resolve or escalate accounting discrepancies.
