Network / Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3)

Shift: General Shift (Day Shift Only - No Night Rotation)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network / Infrastructure Engineer (L3) with strong expertise in Routing & Switching and SD-WAN and Zscaler technologies. This role is focused on core network infrastructure operations and support.

Note: This position is strictly for Network/Infrastructure professionals.

Candidates predominantly with only Security-focused backgrounds (SOC, Cyber Security, SIEM, etc.) are not a fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure in an L2/L3 environment.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
- Administer and support SD-WAN deployments and network optimization activities.
- Handle network incidents, problem management, and operational support.
- Monitor network performance and ensure service availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams for network deployment, upgrades,



and enhancements.
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting for Zscaler-related connectivity issues.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco).
- Good experience with SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience working in Network Operations / Infrastructure Support / NOC environments.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across enterprise network technologies.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, and network protocols.
- Hands on with Zscaler technologies(ZPA, ZIA, ZCC) (basic to intermediate level preferred).
- Ability to handle major incidents and Develop RCAs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting large enterprise networks.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
