The IT Mid-Level Analyst uses a range of functional and technical skills to support the build-out and integration of custom WWT applications and third-party vendor systems and products. This position plays a significant role in contributing to the development of functional/technical solutions by supporting innovation within our organization. Collaboration with leadership, architecture, product ownership, and various IT and business teams is essential. The employee will leverage AI tools as part of their daily workflow to enhance analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and overall productivity.

Assist in the development and implementation of functional solutions based on design specifications. Analysis and Validation: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or enhancement. Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, regression, and guiding user acceptance testing to ensure reliability and performance. Support the identification and resolution of issues or defects during testing.
Mentorship and Collaboration: Work closely with other analysts, developers, team members, leadership, and business to ensure effective implementation. Provide guidance and support to associate analysts, helping them to develop their skills and navigate technical challenges. Agile Methodology: Actively engage in Agile development practices including sprint planning, story creation, daily standups, testing, demos, and retrospectives. AI-Enhanced Workflows:



Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) in daily work to accelerate requirements documentation, generate SQL queries, draft test cases, summarize stakeholder conversations, analyze data patterns, and improve overall productivity. Apply critical judgment to AI-generated output to ensure accuracy and alignment with business intent.
Stay current on AI tools and techniques that can enhance analysis and documentation workflows.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Proficient in creating SQL queries to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting
Understanding of relational databases
Ability to read and understand other technology stacks (webMethods, SOACS, Java, JavaScript)
Thrive in a collaborative, Agile environment
Experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance daily work — such as drafting documentation, generating SQL queries, summarizing research, or analyzing requirements
Willingness to experiment with and adopt AI-enhanced workflows to continuously improve analysis efficiency and output quality
