As an IT Engineer, you'll be part of our global IT team managing the entire IT ecosystem across 9 offices worldwide. You'll focus on automating, optimizing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment while providing direct support to colleagues and implementing new solutions within our cloud-first IT landscape.
Resolve internal IT issues and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
~ Provide feedback to improve product quality and reliability.
~ Design, plan, and execute changes in the IT environment.
~ Drive automation of recurring IT activities.
~ Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field.
~3–6 years of experience in complex Microsoft environments.
~ Hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including applications and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Azure AD, and Azure services for workplace solutions (e.g., Intune MDM, Microsoft Defender suite).
~ Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Ubiquiti, FortiGate, Azure networking, etc..).
~ Familiarity or knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a big plus.
~ Knowledge of security, compliance, and ITIL principles.
