We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

L’étoile Patisserie is looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Executive to grow our corporate gifting, festive hampers, event orders and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Create advanced business development plans for festivals, corporate events, weddings, and other gifting occasions.
- Identify and approach corporates, event planners, wedding planners, hotels, institutions and other potential clients.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and present L’étoile’s products and capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and propose customised gift hampers, dessert selections, packaging and bulk-order solutions.
- Prepare attractive presentations, proposals and product catalogues for client meetings.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and follow up consistently to close orders.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production,



packaging, operations and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain client details, enquiries, proposals and sales updates using Google Sheets or other tracking tools.
- Support L’étoile’s social-media outreach and online business-development activities.

Candidate Profile
- MBA graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Development.
- One to two years of experience in business development, corporate sales, hospitality, food, gifting, events or a related field is preferred.
- MBA interns or fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
- Intern applicants should be interested in building a long-term career with L’étoile and be willing to work with us for at least one year.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and presenting ideas professionally.
- Creative and capable of preparing visually
