n Candidates who have completed their CA and gained relevant FDD/Transaction Advisory experience during articleship will be preferred.
nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a CA Fresher to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an chance to work on M&A; transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence.
nKey Responsibilities
n- Perform Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.
n- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data.
n- Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and supporting financial analyses.
n- Identify key financial trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.




n- Support analysis of financial and operational performance for M&A; transactions.
n- Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables.
n- Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements.
nKey Skills & Requirements
n- CA qualification is mandatory.
n- Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred.
n- Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence.
n- Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis.
n- Strong Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
n- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
