nPosition: Loan Officer
nProcess: Home Loan
nSalary: ₹16,000 – ₹23,000 In-Hand
nQualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
nExperience: Telesales experience required

nEligibility Criteria:-
n
- n
- Undergraduates: HSC + minimum 1 year of relevant telesales experience.n
- Graduates: Freshers can apply; graduates will receive ₹16,000 net.n
- Candidates must have valuable communication and sales skills.n
- Prior experience in telesales, banking, financial services, or loan sales will be preferred.n

nKey Responsibilities:-
n
- n
- Generate and handle leads for home loan products.n
- Contact potential customers through calls and explain loan products.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.n
- Follow up with customers and coordinate throughout the loan process.n




- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.n
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.n

nMandatory Documents for Onboarding:-
nCandidates must have the following documents from their current/previous employment:

- Offer Lettern
- Appraisal Letter, if applicablen
- Last 3 Months’ Salary Slipsn
- Last 6 Months’ Bank Statementn
- Relieving Letter / Experience Lettern

nFreshers: Graduates only.
nExperienced: HSC + 1 year telesales experience or above.
