nROLE SUMMARY
nRole enables the analyst to coordinate activities related to Epic System. Analyzes, develops, configures and implements Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics on time with minimal supervision. Working closely with application teams to determine the business needs, document and configure system as per end user requirements.
nCertification or proficiency in Epic Willow is must
n

nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
n• Hands on experience in Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy workflows.
n• Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
n• Responds to Service Requests and develops/maintains strong, positive working relationships with the end user community.
n• Identify issues and develop recommendations for improved workflow and/or project design.




n• Assist in planning/scheduling meetings and completing all necessary arrangements.
n• Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization.
n• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
n• Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence

nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n• 3 – 6 years of experience as Willow senior analyst
n• Certification or Proficiency in Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory [OR] Graduate in Bachelor of Pharmacy
n• Valuable understanding and background on Pharmacy workflow
n• Excellent communication skill
n• Ability to plan and execute activities based on project milestones
n• Analyzes, develops, configures, tests and implements Electronic Health Record (EHR) sof
