Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will handle incoming support requests, diagnose technical issues, and provide timely resolutions through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, documenting incidents and solutions, and escalating complex cases when needed.



The specialist will work closely with other technical teams to improve service quality and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and service reliability.
Robust Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic operating system and network concepts.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and follow established procedures and service-level agreements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with clear documentation practices.
Prior experience in a technical helpdesk or IT support role is preferred; CompTIA A+, Network+) are an advantage.
