- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, Credit Management, and Output Determination.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP SD enterprise structure and master data.
- Robust knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Experience in integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting testing activities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities*
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Support integration activities with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional design documents and support technical developments.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD process issues.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
