These roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Provide and check drawings / BOM as per customer requirements.  Prepare bulk MTOs (Material Take Offs) and detailed BOMs (Bill of Materials) with no supervision from Engineer.  Ensure drawings follow the Engineering and quality standards set by the leads.  Prepare layout drawings to customer to present the proposed equipment and the function of the equipment.  Prepare and complete various electrical deliverable drawings and documents such as cable routing, panel drawings, panel layout, electrical schematics, interconnect diagrams, loop diagrams, single-line electrical wiring schematics, cable schedule, lighting location / layout / plan, instrument location / layout / plan, earthing details, I/O (Input/output) schedule, electrical termination hook-ups, etc.  Help in solving problems by simulating the problems in drawings.  Prepare sequence drawing and procedure for Factory Acceptance Test.  Prepare and compile installation procedure for submission to customer.  Supervise the outsourcing of engineering design work to 3rd party engineering / design firms when needed.  Review, as required, vendor data and drawings to ensure compliance with client specifications or applicable standards.



 Produce report data from models and assist in providing necessary design information to Project/Client/Third Party, as required.  Provide and document "Lessons learned" feedback and utilize findings from the process to update tools and procedures. Educational:  Designer should be in possession a Technical Certification in the design discipline. Experience:  5-10 years of experience in electrical scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules (or similar large scale industries) or related workplace in similar industry.  Ability to produce drawings / sketches to illustrate design / ideas.  Experience with high-density data centers and hyperscale environments (strongly preferred) or similar large scale industries.  High level understanding of the purpose of electrical system for facilities.  General Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including but not limited to: o IEC – International Electrotechnical Commission o IBC – International Building Code o OSHA – Occupational Safety and Health Administration o NEC – National Electric Code o NFPA – National Fire Protection Association  Experience working with computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software.
