Notice Period- Immediate to 30 Days

Role & Responsibilities-

- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in automotive ECU hardware development.
- Practical experience working with 32‑bit microcontrollers, DC‑DC converters, power MOSFETs, MOSFET drivers, and TVS/ESD protection components.
- Working knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, SPI, I²C, UART.
- Experience performing Worst-Case Analysis (WCA) for critical circuits and component performance evaluation.
- Ability to prepare and support engineering documents such as DFMEA and DRBFM, and and Hardware–Software Interface (H2S) documentation.
- Experience preparing circuit‑level test plans, EMI/EMC test plans, and environmental test plans.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware validation, including EMI/EMC testing and debugging.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for circuit issues.
- Proficiency with design tools like Altium Designer and simulation tools such as LTSPICE.
- Knowledge of designing hardware to meet automotive EMI/EMC standards: CISPR 25, ISO 7637, ISO 16750, ISO 11451.
- Understanding of ECU deliverables such as schematics, PCB releases, manufacturing file releases, and hardware revision control.
- Exposure to RFQ support, cost estimation, or technical proposal preparation is an added advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with lab instruments: oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, LCR meters, spectrum analyzers, thermal chambers, data loggers etc,.

Job Responsibilities-





- Work with cross‑functional teams including ECU Systems, Hardware, Software, IT&V;, and Application Engineering to support ECU development activities.
- Support the ECU development life cycle by contributing to design, reviews, and documentation.
- Assist with configuration management, change requests, and problem‑resolution tasks.
- Contribute to multiple projects by providing technical support and completing assigned engineering tasks.
- Participate in the development of new products and updates to existing products based on market and business requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
- Support cross‑functional problem‑solving activities.
- Perform hardware board design tasks, including circuit design, schematic creation, SI/PI analysis, thermal checks, PCB reviews, and documentation.
- Prepare hardware test artifacts such as EMI/EMC test plans, board bring‑up procedures, and environmental test plans.
- Support project reporting by preparing technical inputs and participating in team meetings.
- Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating responsibility and good work ethics.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and learn through guidance and mentorship.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety is an added advantage.
- Support RFQ activities by providing technical data when needed.
- Contribute to advanced engineering and technology evaluation activities.
