nFreightGain is a purpose-built AI Driven SaaS platform for the Indian logistics industry — freight forwarders, customs house agents (CHAs), and NVOCC. We help logistics businesses run leaner operations, cut manual paperwork, and grow profitably.

nWe are building our outbound engine, and we need someone who can pick up the phone, start real conversations with logistics decision-makers, and turn them into qualified demos. This is a ground-floor opportunity with direct access to the founder and real room to grow.

nAbout the Role:

nYour job is to generate qualified demo meetings for FreightGain by calling the right people, in the right companies, every single day. You create pipeline — you don’t wait for it.
n

nThis is an outbound, top-of-funnel role. You are not expected to close deals on day one — you are expected to open doors. You’ll be the first voice a prospect hears from FreightGain, so how you open a call, handle a “not interested,” and book the meeting is the heart of the job.

nWhat You'll Actually Do
nDay-to-day




n• Make outbound calls to freight forwarders, CHAs, and 3PLs across India — reaching operations heads, founders, and IT/finance decision-makers.
n• Open robust and handle objections — get past the gatekeeper, hold a confident conversation, and move the prospect toward a demo.
n• Book qualified demos for the FreightGain sales/product team and make sure they actually show up (confirmations, reminders, reschedules).
n• Keep the CRM spotless — log every call, note, outcome, and next step. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
n• Run disciplined follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, and email so no warm lead ever slips through the cracks.
n• Work and sharpen the target list — use the account list we provide, flag bad data, and surface new prospects worth adding.
n• Hit weekly activity targets on dials, connects, conversations, and meetings booked — and share what’s working and what isn’t.
