nAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage the complete accounting function of a luxury residential property. This is an end-to-end accounting role involving bookkeeping, vendor payments, expense tracking, reconciliations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and record maintenance.

nKey Responsibilities
nEnd-to-End Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Manage the day-to-day accounting function of the property independently.n
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.n
- Record and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial transactions.n
- Maintain ledgers and ensure all accounting entries are updated on time.n
- Prepare, send and follow up on maintenance invoices and other receivables of the building.n

nPayments & Vendor Management:

- Process and track vendor invoices and payments.n
- Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.n
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account-related queries.n
- Ensure all payments are supported by complete and accurate documentation.n
