nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Develop and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate, MICE, festival, and government segmentsn
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and client acquisitionn
- Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makersn
- Develop client-specific sales strategies based on business requirements and budgetsn
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closuresn
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reportsn
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth handover and project deliveryn




- Contribute to building and leading the sales team as the function expandsn

nRequirement:
n
- n
- 5–7 years in sales with strong B2B corporate sales experiencen
- Proven sales experience within Kerala (Mandatory)n
- Experience in events, media, entertainment or related industries is an added advantagen
- Willingness to travel within the regionn
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship management skillsn
- Business development & strategic thinking abilitiesn
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownershipn
