nThe Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a key role in managing and executing critical AR processes, including billing, payment application, reconciliation, auditing, and collections. This position requires precision, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a agile, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will gain a deep understanding of Pinnacle’s AR systems and processes and will have opportunities to contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new AR solutions and process improvements.

- Process daily and weekly invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.n
- Reconcile payments, research and resolve discrepancies, and ensure transactions are recorded in the correct period and GL accounts.n
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities and related reporting.n
- Monitor Accounts Payable operations and ensure service requests are handled within established SLAs and standards.n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant accounting standards.n
- Maintain strong customer service standards, providing timely and professional support to consultants, recruiters, and account managers.n
