nThe Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for handling end-to-end business development, pre-sales, sales, post-sales support, and marketing activities within the assigned territory. The role includes managing existing business, converting prospects into customers, building recent markets, generating repeat business, and ensuring timely payment recovery.

nOperational Responsibilities
n
nSales & Expansion: Generate, manage, and regulate sales within the allocated region for premium market sales. Focus on developing new clients and expanding the footprint.
n
nAccount Management: Ensure growing repeat business from existing accounts. Build and nurture long-term client relations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
n
nChannel Management: Work closely with and provide full support to distributors and clients within the allocated region to expand business.
n
nCollections: Ensure timely delivery of goods and strict payment recovery from customers and distributors.
n
nReporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain a database of clients and channel partners. Keep track of competitor activities and report market intelligence regularly to the management.
n
nMarketing Support: Execute sales and marketing plans based on the overall strategy. Manage brand development activities like events, promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions.
