Technical Skills
- Robust SQL and ETL/ELT experience (SAP Data Services, ADF).
- Proficiency across Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Data modeling and Power BI reporting expertise, including reconciliation and regression validation.
- Experience remediating or migrating existing data platforms (not just greenfield build).
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA source experience strongly preferred; knowledge of APIs for data integration.
- Good to have: Logic Apps, Function Apps, Power App
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple delivery partners.
Experience
- 5+ years in data engineering or analytics.
- Preferably prior Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or R&D; domain experience.
- Azure certification (preferred).
