Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 8-15 years of overall experience in procurement transformation, SAP Ariba implementations, support, and integration projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP Ariba Upstream and/or Downstream modules, supplier collaboration, sourcing processes, contract management, procurement operations, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions across Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Buying & Invoicing, and Guided Buying.
Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure sourcing templates, approval workflows, contract workspaces, supplier onboarding, and qualification processes.
Manage strategic sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and Auctions.
Drive supplier lifecycle management and supplier performance initiatives.
Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable procurement solutions.
Conduct Fit-Gap workshops and prepare functional specifications.
Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare,



and post-production support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical teams for solution delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve procurement and integration-related issues.
Mentor junior consultants and support project governance activities.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules:

Contracts Management
Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
Buying & Invoicing
Guided Buying
Catalog Management
Experience with Ariba approval workflows and template configuration.
Expertise in supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, and compliance processes.
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract processes.
Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
Good to Have
SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience.
Ariba migration and transformation project experience.
Knowledge of Commerce Automation and Network Integration.
Experience in global implementation and rollout projects.
SAP Ariba Certification.
