n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Assist in developing creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.n
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and execution details using AutoCAD.n
- Create 3D models and high-quality renders using SketchUp and V-Ray.n
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections in line with the design vision.n
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), specifications, and project documentation.n
- Participate in client meetings, take design briefs, and support design presentations.n
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.n




- Assist with material selection as required.n
- Ensure drawings and documentation are updated throughout the design and execution process.n
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.n

n Qualifications Required:
n

- n
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.n
- Proven work experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and technical skills.n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V ray, Enscape, Corona and other design software.n
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes.n
- Robust creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.n
