- Bachelor’s degree (or US equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldn
- Eight + years of experience in development with minimum Four (4) years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, specifically Sales and Customer Insights.n
- Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Marketing/Customer Insights)n
- Power Apps (Model-Driven)n
- Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)n
- PCF Controlsn
- Power FXn
- Dataverse data modeling, security roles, business rules, and solution packagingn
- Experience working with complex security frameworks with Dataverse.n
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft provided and custom agents in support of Dynamics 365 applications.n
- Experience with responsive UX design aligned and Microsoft Fluent UI standards.n
- Experience with client-side customizations including:n
- JavaScript and TypeScript for Dynamics client-side customizationn
- HTML / CSS for custom UI components and portal extensionsn




- Solid working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise integration patterns.n
- Experience with Backend, Data & Integrationn
- C# (.NET / .NET Core) development for plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure servicesn
- Azure Function Apps and Azure Logic Appsn
- REST APIs, web services, and external system integrationsn
- SQL, FetchXML, querying and performance optimizationn
- Integration monitoring, error handling, and retry patternsn
- Experience participating in code reviews and collaborating with senior developers to improve code quality and maintainability.n
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations with managed solutions.n
- Experience working within SDLC methodologies, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.n
