Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end configuration of Sales/Territory Planning, Geographic Mapping, Quotas, ICM, and Analytics.

Design and implement calculation rules, business logic, hierarchies, workflows, and approval processes.

Design scalable and robust SPM data models aligned with enterprise business requirements.





Develop tailored business rules and configurations to support complex sales processes.

Plan and execute data migration, transformation, and validation activities.

Define and implement data validation and reconciliation processes.

Participate in integration architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SPM solutions.

Troubleshoot configuration, data, workflow, and integration issues.

Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
