As a Senior Web Developer / Team Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platforms. You will mentor developers, participate in architecture discussions, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Lead the development of Java/Scala-based web applications and microservices.
- Design and implement Kafka-driven event processing solutions.
- Build scalable Spark data processing pipelines.
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
- Drive best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Ensure high-quality code with strong test coverage and CI/CD adoption
